New York Knicks championship parade - JUNe 18th, 2026
I took a train down to the city to photograph the parade, knowing that I wouldn’t get there early enough to get into the actual parade zone. But, I thought, it’d still be great to capture the excitement of the thousands of fans that couldn’t get in either. I walked down Church St, stopping at a few intersections including Chambers St, Murray St, and Barclay St. While I was able to capture a couple of the floats on the parade route, I mainly wanted to focus on the crowds. This was such an incredible event to experience and document. These images are arranged in the order that I photographed them as I made my way through the crowds.
